On the left is the main entrance to the Plantation where we had lunch. The Plantation buildings are nestled close to the mountains in the distance past the sugar cane fields in the foreground.
On the right is my Sister with the Plantation's Chef. The lunch spread is on the table. Everything was harvested that day, including the fish and poultry. The British influence is present in much of the Kitisian dishes with curry used liberally.
