Dak Pek Special Forces Camp
The mission of the camp was to protect the Montagnards from the North Vietnamese, who historically used these mountain tribesmen as slave porters for transporting war materials down the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
The camp headquarters (HQ) is center middle (in the picture on the left), where most of the following pictures were taken. The heliport is between the camera and the HQ building. The tribesmen lived on the hilltop to the rear and left of the HQ building.More Dak Pek pictures
